Please read this carefully: HerbalCharts is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Our herbal recommendations are based on traditional astrological correspondences and should NOT be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before using any herbs, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have health conditions. We're herbalists and stargazers, not doctors!
4. Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure (don't share it, not even with Mercury)
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate birth data (garbage in, garbage out!)
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access
5. Subscription & Payments
For our premium Cosmic Herbalist subscription:
- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Price changes will be communicated in advance
6. Be Cool
When using HerbalCharts, please don't:
- Break any laws or regulations
- Try to hack, exploit, or mess with our systems
- Use bots or automated tools without permission
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Share your account with others
- Redistribute our content without permission
7. Our Content
All content on HerbalCharts (text, images, icons, code, herbal knowledge) belongs to us or our licensors. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Your Content
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us become ours to use (but we'll always appreciate your cosmic contributions!). Your saved charts and personal data remain yours, subject to our Privacy Policy.
